Founder and CEO Jamshid Ashourian formed JimmyAsh LLC in 2004 to develop food processing technology methods and equipment aimed at making everyday popular foods healthier.
Since inception, the company has focused on and invested in research and development in order to cater to key evolving customer demand drivers: convenience, nutrition and purity.
In 2015, the company completed construction of its first full-scale manufacturing plant in Bakersfield, California. JimmyAsh, along with selected service providers, has the capability to manufacture and implement large-scale, turnkey production lines in most regions of the world.
JimmyAsh owns product know-how and intellectual property including all patents, equipment designs and process knowledge required to produce low-fat or no-fat foods.
